Returns

We guarantee all of our products. If you have an issue or any questions about a product please email within 3 days of receiving your order, either shipped or personal delivery to hello@pineapplehousecreations.com.  All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.  Once an order is deemed delivered it is delivered.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 - 72 business hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: USPS or Local Home Delivery

Tracking Your Order 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Also check SPAM folders for tracking. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping within the United States lower 48 is $8.95, this excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us if you are placing an order from Hawaii or Alaska or anywhere else

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
